Graffiti Rhythms offers private lessons to anyone looking to gain knowledge and experience in dance. Whether you are a beginner and looking to learn dance in the privacy of a studio with a 1-on-1 instructor or a seasoned dancer looking to improve on technique, GR’s private dance lessons can help! We have experience as professional choreographers in helping upcoming artists/entertainers, preparing for talent showcases in competitions & pageants, school talent shows, etc. The best way to become great is to put your best foot forward and take risks…DANCE is a perfect way to break out of your shell. Warm-up Packages

Private Warm Up Packages, Chicago, IL We also offer Warm-up packages to specifically fit your location or event such as: fundraisers, marathons, pre-performances, team/company practices, Retirement/Nursing homes etc. to prepare the muscles and joints for more intense activity. This also promotes proper blood circulation and prevents injuries. Basic stretching and exercises makes the muscles more flexible through increasing the temperature in your body which makes you more receptive to strenuous activity. We can prepare you for a big city bike ride or run, loosen your tense muscles, or simply help get you get off your feet depending on what you ask from us! This is a perfect way to enlighten your body, mind, and spirit. Warm-up packages prices vary depending on length of time, exercises, and location.

Group Lessons

Private Dance Lessons, Chicago, IL Graffiti Rhythms group lessons are a fun way to learn moves quickly & get the job done! Similar to a dance class, but it’s a private session with your specific group. You choose the students, location and style! Example: Zumba® in your backyard OR HipHop for your child’s birthday party. It’s great for organizations, such as sororities/fraternities, to put together routines for fundraisers and shows. Group lessons can be a unique way to host your next party or event! Most are 1-2 hours long and focus is to learn choreography through basic dance moves and have fun!

Our most popular group dance lessons are for Special Events such as in preparation for a Wedding, Quinceanera, or Sweet 16. (For more details click here for Special Events)

Graffiti Party *Maximum Party Limit: 4 hrs

Having a birthday coming up??? Don’t have many ideas of where to go or what to do? Your party will be an even bigger hit with our "GRAFFITI PARTY" Package! All you need to bring is Food, Guests, and Dance shoes! Rent dance studio space for your next event! Package includes: One hr lesson of Dance by a qualified instructor (style of your choice), half hr of fun games & activities (ages 3-10 only), Huge hardwood floor in studio space, chairs, tables, and professional sound system for your own music! Let your next party be a “GRAFFITI PARTY!” and wow your friends and family with a great time! Perfect for any age kids-adults especially with a theme (ex: Hawaiian Luau, Masquerade, 80’s HipHop or any type of costume party, etc.) This is a perfect time to live, love, laugh, and...DANCE!

Personal Training

With Graffiti Rhythms, Personal training is one of the fastest, easiest, most successful ways to improve your health and fitness. Our personal trainers provide motivation for developing a lifestyle that places a higher priority on health and activity. We can also help you brainstorm ways to overcome your biggest obstacles to exercise. Once we have discussed your concerns & answered all your questions; we set realistic goals for safe exercise regimens, meal plans, and proper weight management. You will learn the correct way to use equipment along with appropriate form and technique for cardiovascular work and free-weight training. SO STOP MAKING EXCUSES! Get maximum results in minimum time with a program designed specifically for you. Workouts that use your strengths and improve on your weaknesses are efficient and effective!

ZUMBA© Sculpt
Same ZUMBA© listed in schedule section only with light hand weights (3-5 lbs.) This is the most strengthening of all dance/exercise classes because you will be moving non-stop switching on & off with your hand weights through each song. If you want a dance workout that will quickly sculpt your body - This is it!

Kickboxing Boot camp
A challenging, non-contact cardio workout that focuses on posture "Guard Up" position, throwing punches, and using high/low kicks. Experience new boxing methods through combinations of simple movement and repetitive lightweight training.

Piloxing
This class uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. In addition to Pilates, boxing & ballet movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves (1/2 lb) which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Hip Hop Dance Cardio
We have all seen the dancers in music videos and on hip hop DVDs. Now, you can move like them! Work your ENTIRE body through funky street moves combined with high-energy cardio steps that’s easy for anyone to follow!

Complete Body Conditioning
Class begins with cardio intervals to get your heart rate up. Next it focuses in on working major muscle groups through the use of hand weights, stability ball, step platform, strengthening bands, and mat. Then ends with a relaxing cool-down of deep breathing and stretches. A complete body workout!

Upper Body Sculpt
Designed to strengthen and sculpt the upper half of your body. Class is formatted to target your arms, chest, back, and abs. A variety of exercises will be given using the stability ball, step platform, and mat.

Cardio Body Sculpt
Tone your upper & lower body all in one class! A fun combination of hand weights and low-impact cardio in multi-movement patterns. Also uses step platform and mat to focus on special muscle groups.

Cari's Kick butt Combo
Combine any two classes into what best fits your fitness goals. This session is ALL ABOUT YOU!

Prenatal Toning
This class takes you through a variety of toning exercises for your legs, arms, back, chest and gluteus. We start with basic stretches to prepare your body for deep breathing and then move on to prenatal friendly exercises including: squats, mid lunges, gluteus squeeze and triceps and bicep sculpting using light hand weights. You can take this toning challenge all the way through the middle of your third trimester. Try it out and feel fit and beautiful again!

Rock Bottoms
Designed to sculpt your lower body including abs, legs, gluteus, and calves. A variety of exercises will be given standing or using the stability ball, step platform, and mat.

6pk Attack
A 30 min class that works upper, middle, lower abs, & obliques. Exercises are all done on the mat also strengthening back and legs.
